The $125 hour is a workup, not a prescription. If you join, that $125 comes off your first membership payment.
Foundation — $100/month
Billed $300 quarterly. Generic patches (usually covered by insurance) and oral progesterone. Consult, lab review, 4 follow-ups a year, messaging in 2 business days, prescriptions to the pharmacy you choose. Compounded hormones are not included — that requires Concierge or higher.
Concierge — $183/month
Billed $550 quarterly. For compounded hormones and active dose changes. Everything in Foundation, plus compounded prescriptions, visits as needed, same-day text during business hours, dose changes between visits, priority scheduling.
Optimization — $325/month
Billed $975 quarterly. Closest access, pellet insertion fees included, quarterly body composition, weight-management program fee waived (medication billed by the pharmacy), 20% off for your partner.
Medications and labs are separate. Cancel before the next renewal. Not everyone is a candidate. We’ll confirm we can treat you in your state before the visit.
