Sculptra Butt Lift in Corona, CA
A non-surgical way to improve buttock shape and volume — no implants, no fat transfer, no operating room, no recovery.
Sculptra® is poly-L-lactic acid. It is not a filler, and the difference matters: a filler adds gel that sits where it is placed, while Sculptra prompts your own body to build collagen over the following months. What you end up with is your own tissue, which is why the result reads as natural rather than placed.
We have been injecting in Corona since 2011, and treatment is performed by a nurse practitioner.

Sculptra® Aesthetic is FDA-approved for the correction of facial fat loss and facial wrinkles. Its use in the buttocks is off-label — meaning it is not among the uses the FDA has specifically approved.
Off-label use is legal, widely practised, and often the right clinical choice. Many medications and devices are used this way. But you are entitled to know when a treatment is being used outside its approved indication, and a practice that does not tell you is not giving you what you need to decide. We will go through it with you at your consultation.
What It Can and Cannot Do
It can
- Improve overall shape and fullness
- Soften hip dips
- Restore volume lost through weight loss or age
- Give a rounder, smoother contour without surgery
It cannot
- Match the degree of change from a surgical Brazilian butt lift
- Work overnight — this is a months-long process
- Lift significantly loose or hanging skin
- Be reversed once collagen has formed
If you want a dramatic change, surgery is the honest answer and we will tell you so. Sculptra suits patients who want a modest, natural improvement and would rather not have an operation.
What to Expect
Two sessions
We typically treat over two visits about a month apart. Buttock treatment uses considerably more product than facial treatment — this is a larger area and it needs volume to show.
The appointment
Around forty-five minutes to an hour. The product is mixed with lidocaine and topical numbing is used.
Afterwards
Expect swelling and tenderness for several days, and bruising is possible. You can walk out and go about your day — there is no downtime in the surgical sense — but sitting may be uncomfortable for a day or two.
Massage
You will need to massage the treated area at home for several days after each session. We will show you exactly how. Skipping it is the most common reason people develop small firm areas under the skin.
The real timeline
Collagen builds over three to six months. Most people begin noticing at six to eight weeks. Take photographs before you start — gradual change is very hard to judge in a mirror.
