WEIGHT LOSS

Medical Weight Loss in Corona, CA & Scottsdale, AZ

Losing weight isn’t just about willpower — it’s about biology, hormones, metabolism, and having the right medical support behind you. At Slender Me Medical, our provider-led weight loss programs are built around your body, not a one-size-fits-all plan.

Since 2011, we’ve helped patients throughout Southern California and the Phoenix metro area reach their goals safely, with real medical oversight every step of the way — not a generic diet plan, but a personalized program designed and monitored by licensed medical providers.

Why Choose Medically Supervised Weight Loss?

Fad diets and over-the-counter supplements rarely address the root causes of weight gain — hormonal imbalance, metabolic slowdown, insulin resistance, or years of yo-yo dieting. A medically supervised program gives you:

  • A personalized plan based on your health history, labs, and goals
  • Ongoing physician and nurse practitioner oversight to keep you safe and on track
  • Prescription options when appropriate, evaluated and managed by a licensed provider
  • Real accountability with regular follow-up visits, not a one-time consultation
  • A whole-health approach that also considers hormone balance, nutrition, and lifestyle

In Person or Telehealth — Your Choice

Come to our Corona office and you get everything: prescription weight loss medication, phentermine and the other appetite suppressants, B12 injections, in-person weigh-ins, and the aesthetic and hormone services under the same roof.

Prefer to be seen from home? Our telehealth weight loss program is available across the states where we’re licensed. Same providers, same program — the one difference is that controlled substances like phentermine can’t be prescribed remotely, so telehealth is medication-managed with GLP-1 and oral options.

What Weight Loss Does to Your Face

Fat is lost from the face along with everywhere else — particularly the cheeks and temples. Patients who reach their goal sometimes find they look drawn or older, even though the number on the scale is exactly what they wanted.

These are two different problems with two different answers. Lost volume is restored with dermal filler, which replaces the structure that went with the fat. Lines that come from movement are softened with Botox, which relaxes the muscle underneath. Treating one as though it were the other doesn’t work, and can make a drawn face look more drawn.

Because we manage weight loss and aesthetics under the same roof, we can tell the difference and treat accordingly — or tell you honestly that now isn’t the right time. Just ask at your next weigh-in.
